A story on page A1 of The Forum on May 19, “ND higher ed board torn over Shirvani criticisms,” incorrectly described responses to concerns board members raised about following state open meeting laws at three meetings later deemed by the attorney general to have violated those laws.
On Page D1 of Saturday’s sports section, the story titled “Greatest of Leaps: Larson wins 4th high jump title with state record” regarding Kira Larson’s high jump title should say that her mark was a Class A state record in North Dakota.
A brief that appeared May 17 on Page A12 of The Forum about the growing demand for electricity in North Dakota’s Oil Patch erred in reporting the size of natural gas peaking plants being built by Basin Electric Power Cooperative.
